One on One In Person Training

One on one in person training is the best way for inexperienced ladies to  get their feet wet learning new exercises and working with various types of equipment.  Workouts will be created for you based on your abilities and goals.

Training sessions are 1 hour in our studio in Maryland or at your home if close enough.

One on One Virtual Training

1 one hour training session using Zoom.
